Due to minimum printing requirements and the time involved in creating the artwork, there is a minimum order of 30 on invitations, save the dates and favours. Owing to other printing limitations, certain items have specific order quantities and these are listed on the individual information pages for the product.
As every order is different, we will provide you with a bespoke quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from creation date.
The prices listed on the website are just there as a guide. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders.
Once the price is agreed, you will be sent payment information and an invoice. You can pay by bank transfer. Work will not commence until payment is received.
As the wedding stationery is made to order and personalised, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for unwanted stationery or accept cancellations once payment has been received and work has begun. However, nothing will be printed without client approval.
Due to the no cancellations policy and the fact that images displayed on screen may appear differently and vary slightly from the actual product, it is strongly advised that you purchase a printed sample before ordering to check you are completely happy with the product. The sample is non-refundable.
Should you wish to purchase a sample, please specify this in your initial enquiry. Samples are priced at £3.00. Unfortunately, these are not personalised, rather they are to be used as a guide to the colour and material and provide an opportunity to check the design and craftmanship before committing to an order. Please note, Rock Paper Kisses Wedding Stationery accepts no liability should the colour of the printed product vary from on screen, as this is the purpose of the sample. If you do choose not to purchase a sample, this is done so at your own risk.
On certain collections, it is possible for the main colour to be changed. This is indicated in the description on the collection’s page. Please let us know in your initial enquiry if you are interested in another colour. We have a range of colours for you to choose from and can send you a colour card, along with the generic sample for you to choose a different colour. Please note, the sample will be in the colour shown on the website and cannot be altered to the new colour that you choose. The purpose of the colour card is for you to see what the new colour will look like printed, and you will be able to see a digital mock-up of the design in that colour via the PDF proof. Changing the colour, may incur an extra charge which we will inform of at the time.
Due to printing methods, whilst every effort is made to ensure that the colour remains consistent, it is not always possible for the colour on two separate print runs to match exactly. For this reason, it is advisable, where possible, to order all items of the same collection at the same time. If the orders are placed in stages we cannot guarantee 100% continuity of the colour. This is the same for samples, as there may be a slight variation from the colour of the sample to the colour on your stationery, however, the samples still provide a good indication of the colour and any variation should be minimal and not immediately obvious.
Each of the save the dates and invitations are bespoke and the wording can be changed to adapt to your wedding details. After your initial enquiry, you will receive a form to fill in/ amend to the wording that you require. Please be aware of the design of the stationery you have chosen and be mindful of space limitations and how much content/ wording will fit. Once the wording and details have been agreed, you will receive a digital PDF proof via email within 7 - 10 working days, for approval.
The proof should be thoroughly checked for any errors, including layout, content, spelling and grammar. At this stage, we can make any necessary amendments. Please be aware the costs include two sets of proofs. Any further changes will be charged separately. Once the proof is signed off and you have confirmed in writing, via email, that the proofs are correct and you are happy to proceed to print, your stationery will then be sent to print and after this, Rock Paper Kisses Wedding Stationery cannot accept any liability for any mistakes not found at the proofing stage. Any further errors or omissions that need amendments will be the responsibility of the client and will result in an additional charge to rectify.
Should any errors happen on the part of Rock Paper Kisses Wedding Stationery, these will be rectified as quickly as possible, with no extra charge. In order for action to be taken, please make contact within seven days of receipt of goods. In the unlikely event that rectification is not possible, the liability of Rock Paper Kisses Wedding Stationery shall be limited to the value of the order.
All orders are aimed to be completed within 20 working days from signed off proof. Should this change, for example, at busy times, you will be advised of the lead time at the time of the order. You will be notified by email when your order has been sent, with tracking information, where applicable. If you require your stationery quicker than 20 working days, please state this in your initial enquiry and we will see if it is possible to meet your deadline. Should this incur any extra cost, you will be informed at this time.
Samples are sent first class via Royal Mail. Larger stationery orders are sent via secure tracked couriers/ Royal Mail signed for/ special delivery. The cost is determined by the weight and size of your parcel. It is important that someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
Any personal information given during the enquiry/ ordering process will only be used for correspondence. Your details will not be shared with anyone else, nor be used for any other purposes. They will be kept on record for administrative purposes only.
